• Company/organization name and billing address (for invoicing);
• Invoice details (amounts, dates, invoice numbers);
• Payment information (bank account or payment references) when provided.

• Respond to and manage email inquiries;
• Issue, track, and archive invoices;
• Maintain accurate accounting records to meet legal and tax obligations.

Legal basis for processing:

5. Retention Period

• Accounting and invoicing data are retained for up to 12 years (6- or 10-year statutory retention + 1 financial-reporting year + 1 additional buffer year).
• Data for protection of legal interests (e.g., disputes) are retained for up to 6 years from the date of the last communication.
• Service-related data collected to perform contract obligations are retained for up to 1 year after they are no longer required.
• Email correspondence is kept for up to 2 years unless required longer by law.

• OVH Hosting Limited - hosting infrastructure provider (DE).
• Contabo GmbH - hosting infrastructure provider (DE).
• Migadu GmbH - email service provider (CH/FR).
